Ink is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assisting with the negotiation and execution of transactions.

A Corporate Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and success of a company. They must have a deep understanding of the company's strategic goals and objectives, as well as the ability to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with those goals. If you are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for corporate finance, this is the perfect role for you.

The selected candidate will be working with the CEO and President to gain a good understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. Job Responsibilities

  • Must be willing to travel to the head office in Alicante at least once a month for alignment
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential merger and acquisition targets
  • Produce content (excluding graphics and layout) for Pitch Decks and Presentations
  • Instruct resources that do the graphic design and layout of this content
  • Evaluate potential acquisition targets and assess their strategic fit with the company's goals and objectives
  • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets to assess their financial and operational performance
  • Prepare financial models and valuations to support the evaluation of potential acquisition targets
  • Assist with the negotiation and execution of transactions, including preparing transaction-related documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure the successful completion of transactions

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance
