Job Description

Ink is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assisting with the negotiation and execution of transactions.

A Corporate Development Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and success of a company. They must have a deep understanding of the company's strategic goals and objectives, as well as the ability to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with those goals. The selected candidate will be working with the CEO and President to gain a good understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. Job Responsibilities

• Must be willing to travel to the head office in Alicante at least once a month for alignment
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential merger and acquisition targets
• Produce content (excluding graphics and layout) for Pitch Decks and Presentations
• Instruct resources that do the graphic design and layout of this content
• Evaluate potential acquisition targets and assess their strategic fit with the company's goals and objectives
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets to assess their financial and operational performance
• Prepare financial models and valuations to support the evaluation of potential acquisition targets
• Assist with the negotiation and execution of transactions, including preparing transaction-related documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure the successful completion of transactions

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance
