Job Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media.
- Maintain our social media presence across all channels.
- Maintain the company website.
- Working with the marketing team and other professionals to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with a copywriter, graphic designer, PR and other professionals on small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns, social media).
- Keyword and topics research, monitor insights and competitors’ performance.
- Maintain company profiles on lead generation and product listing platforms.
- Automation of lead generation processes.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a B2B company or a startup.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English: proven English copywriting skills, including the ability to write clear and concise copy for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media posts and other short-form content (*please include the links).
- Understanding of SEO and algorithms that drive social media engagement.
- Ability to work with digital tools and software to effectively organise processes, and track and measure performance (such as Google Analytics, Omniture, SEMrush, WebCEO, MailChimp, etc. or alternative ones).
- Experience creating social media campaigns that resonate with a B2B audience on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Creativity and passion for learning new things and growing in marketing.
Nice to have
- Experience organising podcasts or webinars.
- Knowledge of the travel or aviation industry.
