Ink Innovation, a specialist in Delivery and guest experience, partners with T2RLEngage to drive innovation of airline retailing.
T2RLEngage is a premier European forum where global travel brands explore trends such as the transition to Offer, Order, Settle, and Delivery (OOSD). Since 2024, Ink Innovation has played an active role in the program by researching and showcasing new developments in Delivery.
This dedicated track creates space for airlines to rethink both behind-the-scenes fulfilment and passenger-facing experiences, helping them progress towards Modern Airline Retailing (MAR).

Ink Innovation’s vision
on service delivery
Delivery today is the weakest link in the OOSD chain. Delivery reform cannot wait. Every new service sold is a promise to passengers, and trust depends on keeping it.
Since 2022, Ink has been working with Orders and NDC messages for delivery. This early exposure gave us invaluable experience of Delivery management and interfacing with Order management.
Ink calls for courage and collaboration: questioning outdated processes, embracing simplification, and building on four delivery pillars — AI automation, digital ID, biometrics, and accessible payments. We believe that service delivery must be addressed early in the OOSD roadmap.
We look forward to working with airlines, airports, and partners worldwide to build an aviation ecosystem that delivers with care.
