Passenger Terminal Today features Ink’s new passenger handling solution.
At PTE World 2025 in Madrid, Ink Innovation launched Zero—a new passenger handling solution now featured by Passenger Terminal Today. Designed to reduce reliance on fixed airport infrastructure, Zero introduces a smarter, paperless way to manage the passenger journey.
Janet Richards, Chief Commercial Officer of Ink Innovation, said at the show:
“For decades, airports have been built around fixed hardware – check-in counters and bulky kiosks. That infrastructure can’t always keep up with passenger volumes or expectations. Today’s travelers think differently. They expect things to be fast, digital and personal. But many still face long lines, printed documents and outdated systems. Ink Zero rethinks that entire experience…”
The solution includes integration with Bagtag, enabling fully digital baggage processing, and supports an intuitive, biometric-ready experience that fits with Modern Airline Retailing (MAR/NDC).
