An experienced leader in operations and IT joins Ink Innovation to drive strategic innovation programmes for our key customer partnerships.
Amanda Grafton has joined Ink Innovation, bringing over 30 years of aviation industry experience to our leadership team. Her career spans the full breadth of the sector, from frontline ground operations to leading complex technology transformations and managing airline IT systems at TUI Group.
In her role as Senior Technical Programme Manager, Amanda will drive strategic innovation programmes within our customers' technical stacks. She is responsible for establishing the governance required to keep delivery moving, utilising her expertise in milestone tracking and clear planning to turn complex challenges into practical solutions. By serving as the direct link between Ink and customer stakeholders, she ensures that our most ambitious projects are delivered through transparent communication and strong leadership.
With a track record that includes managing multi-million-pound logistics budgets and delivering global departure control systems, Amanda’s operational and technical depth is a significant addition to the Ink team.
