What is your passion?
At certain points in our lives, we may struggle to find passion, but at other times, we are filled with extra inspiration that leads us to discover passion in many things. Personal development definitely marks this stage in my life, and travelling has been my best ally, allowing me to explore new things, get to know other cultures and relive history firsthand. If I had to choose one thing I am passionate about, travelling would be the one.
How did your journey begin?
My passion for technology developed at a young age, even before being educated in the field — I was curious enough to be self-taught when information wasn't as accessible as it is nowadays. Fate has guided me towards a career in the aviation industry, where I have grown professionally and personally for over fifteen years.
Any tips for someone who's starting to climb the same ladder?
To those who are just starting out, always try to do what you are passionate about and bear in mind that it is not always possible to do it at first, but it is important to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Goals must be gradual, achievable, and once accomplished, they motivate us to keep going.
What challenges have you had to overcome?
One of the biggest challenges I've faced is pushing past the limits I set for myself and not allowing outer factors to sway me. Recognising and taking into account these obstacles when setting goals and measuring progress is important.
What motivates you?
I believe in always trying to make things better, and that is why I am motivated to give my best in everything I do, both at work and in my personal life.
What core principles do you aim to convey through your work?
The fundamental value for me has always been honesty. Positioning yourself in the business world doesn't mean doing everything possible to achieve success but rather always prioritising integrity over results.
