Enhancing on-time performance with Ink DCS
Inter Handling, the independent Airport Ground Handling provider, was looking for a flexible mobile platform to create an unrivalled passenger journey through the airport. They chose the cloud-hosted Ink DCS - a departure control system with a wide range of functionalities, including plug-and-play Web Check-in, Kiosk Check-in, Ink Touch, Disaster Recovery, and Bag Drop.

Ink’s departure control platform enables handling passengers via desktop and mobile. Inter Handling can scale its operation and quickly react to passenger demand on the day of departure, making it easy to add or remove processing capacity as needed. Moreover, by leveraging Ink technology, Inter Handling aims to improve the aircraft turnaround process to reduce fuel burn for its airline customers.
