A recent IATA Strategic Partnerships newsletter highlights how airlines can rethink service delivery as they move from PNRs to Orders.

In the piece, Ink Innovation CEO and co-founder Shawn Richards argues that service delivery should be part of the ONE Order strategy from the start, not a phase that is left until later. He sets out how airlines can run delivery on two tracks in parallel PNRs and Orders while using APIs, modular services and shared data models to connect commercial decisions to what happens on the day of travel.

The article draws on live projects with Turkish Technology and Flyr, including an Order-enabled delivery stack that handled 1.4 million Orders, and looks at four foundations of modern delivery AI, digital identity, biometrics and payments.
