Shawn Richards

Shawn leads the company’s vision and strategy, working with senior leaders across the travel ecosystem to rethink how people move, connect and experience their journeys.

He began building web solutions in 1995 and by 2000 was designing logistics systems and hotel booking platforms. Since co-founding Ink, he has guided the company through sustained growth, expanding its global footprint and product portfolio.
 
Shawn has worked with airlines, airports and partners in Scandinavia, the United States, South America, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean. 
 
Originally from Trinidad and now based in Spain, he is driven by the challenge of reshaping long-established industry models. Today, his passion is working on identity management, logic-based AI and implementing a new aviation model.
